I offer 1:1, buddy or small group PT (max. 3 people) in my Sawbridgeworth studio.

PT sessions are available in 6 or 12 week blocks only.

Your block of sessions include your consultation which will cover some or all of the following:

  • health check

  • movement capability and comprehension assessment

  • body composition testing

  • lifestyle analysis

  • goal setting

  • nutritional advice

  • access to a 24/7 Facebook group

  • 6 or 12 week bespoke programme

  • food and exercise diary

  • is your kitchen ready for you questionnaire.

 

​This consultation forms part of your PT sessions. For a buddy or small group the consultation will need to be attended by all participants together and not as individual appointments.

Assessments will be taken every 4 weeks.
